Trina is the marketing employee for founders with no marketer.
TreeSoop is a four-person AI-Native engineering team. We had no marketer either, so we built the system to run our own marketing automatically — that system is Trina.
How Trina happened
In April 2026, three US AI hypergrowth companies offered our CEO a Forward Deployed Engineer role in Korea on the same week. Instead of joining as one engineer, he chose to grow an AX team in Korea — TreeSoop.
All four engineers were locked into client AX projects, so no one was free to do our own marketing. Hiring a marketer in Korea runs ₩42–52M a year — an unaffordable line item for an early team.
So we deployed a 3-layer agent (CMO · Team Lead · Executor) against our own marketing for six weeks. Four weeks in, search clicks were 12.5× and impressions 10.8×. Inbound from Hyundai Motor, LG CNS, Hancom, and others followed without outreach. We're now productizing the same loop as Trina for 1–30 person SMBs and solo founders.
