Service
Trina provides a white-label AI content marketing platform under subscription. Tiers and prices are listed at /pricing.
Content responsibility
Final published content is the responsibility of the agency operating Trina (and, by extension, that agency's client). Activating Auto-Publish requires explicit consent. For sensitive industries (medical, legal, financial), Review-then-Publish is recommended.
Acceptable use
Defamation, fabricated quotes about real people, plagiarism, or content that violates a publishing channel's policy is prohibited. Trina's automated checks are a safeguard, not a guarantee.
Recurring billing
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. You choose the cycle at checkout — monthly or annual — and the same amount is charged to the registered card on the same calendar day of each cycle. Where that day does not exist in a given month, the last day of that month is used.
Your charge history is always available under Settings → Billing in the console. The 7-day free trial does not convert to a paid plan by itself: no card is registered during the trial and nothing is charged until you choose a plan. Changing plans takes effect at the next cycle, except for upgrades, which take effect immediately with the difference charged pro-rata.
Cancel at any time under Settings → Billing in the console, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops service immediately and prevents the next charge; the unsupplied remainder is refunded pro-rata. To use the full period you paid for, cancel just before the next billing date. See the Refund Policy.

Cancellation
You may cancel any time. The channel credentials we held to publish on your behalf, and your stored payment method, are deleted immediately — your Trina account and sign-in remain, as do your articles and performance data. Data export is available for 30 days; permanent deletion at 90 days. For how money is handled, see the Refund Policy.
