Who you would join

TreeSoop is a four-person AI-native engineering team headquartered in Pangyo, Korea, incorporated as Potenlab Inc. We deliver enterprise AI-transformation projects and, in parallel, build Trina — a marketing agent for teams with no marketer. There is no marketing or sales staff here, and inbound comes entirely from content and search. So this role is not a support function; it owns the only way the company meets people.

What you would do

• Measure keyword demand yourself — volume, competition, and then open the SERP to judge whether we can actually take that space. Filtering out high-volume queries where the searcher wants a tool rather than an article is half the job.
• Decide what gets written, and bring the product's drafts up to something a person should read. Verify structure and sources before anything publishes.
• Read the results in Search Console and analytics, and correct the next round from them. Impressions move before rank does, and you need to know that and wait.
• Extend the same work beyond the blog. Trina publishes to several channels, but what fits each one is a human call.
• Feed the product. Problems you hit while operating become the next thing Trina fixes.

What we are looking for

• You have grown search traffic yourself. Scale does not matter, but you should be able to say what you did and what moved, in numbers.
• You have actually used Search Console and can tell impressions, clicks and position apart.
• You can write Korean that reads as written by a person. Rewriting is most of the work.
• You drop a hypothesis when the results say to. This team treats measured things as facts and the rest as guesses.

Nice to have

• Experience putting AI tools into real workflows — less how to use them, more where to stop trusting them.
• Local SEO or Google Maps ranking work. It is a service we deliver.
• English content operations. The product runs in Korean and English.
• Pulling your own data with SQL or a script.
