Data we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, agency details). OAuth tokens, API keys, and credentials for the publishing channels you connect. Content drafted and published by Trina on behalf of your agency's clients.

Google user data — Search Console and Analytics

When you connect a Google account (during onboarding or in Settings → Connections), Trina requests two read-only scopes: Google Search Console (webmasters.readonly) and Google Analytics (analytics.readonly). We use Search Console data — clicks, impressions, average position, click-through rate, top queries, and the list of verified sites the account owns — and Google Analytics data — sessions, page views, and engagement time — for a single purpose: to display your own search and traffic performance inside your Trina dashboard and reports. This data is accessed read-only, is never used for advertising, is never sold, and is never shared with third parties. The refresh token is encrypted on our servers; revoking access in your Google Account removes our access immediately.

Limited Use of Google user data

Trina's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data ownership

Published content and learned brand personas belong to your agency. Performance data belongs to your agency. Channel credentials remain encrypted and accessible only to Trina's publishing process. Search Console / Analytics data belongs to its Google-account owner; revoking OAuth removes our access immediately.

Storage & encryption

Credentials are encrypted with AES-256 at rest. Plaintext is never logged. Chat does not accept passwords; password input flows only through dedicated secure forms.

Deletion

On cancellation, auth credentials are deleted immediately. You have 30 days to export content, performance data, and brand guides. After 90 days, all stored data, including learned personas, is permanently deleted.
